Adnan Mujic

Hi, I’m Adnan Mujic CPT, CSCS

I am a Personal Trainer and the founder of Strength Lab Training. I am certified (CPT, CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and have extensive experience working with people of all body types, ages, and abilities. This includes beginners, athletes, older populations, and anyone wanting to be a stronger and better version of themselves.

Unfortunately, many people have a misguided approach to fitness and quickly lose interest on their own. I assist clients with a wide range of goals such as weight loss, strength training, and athletic performance. I have a holistic approach to training with an emphasis on compound movements and core strength. I am extremely detailed and focused on proper biomechanics, mobility, and progression.​
