1 on 1 or Couples
Physical Assessment
With new clients we will conduct a physical assessment followed by a light workout. During this session we will observe for postural deviations, muscular weaknesses, tightness, incorrect breathing, and faulty movement patterns. The rest of the session will be a light workout to check for general fitness.
If you choose to continue we will schedule the next couple sessions and have you select a training package. It’s totally fine if you are unsure about long term training. I advise clients to start with a short term package (3 or 10 sessions).
Customized Training Program
We will focus on developing long lasting strength through a combination of compound movements, core training, and assistance exercises. You will master both exercise technique and dynamic mobility movements. Each session is an engaging full body workout that will leave you energized and more confident in your abilities. Our private sessions and customized program will keep you motivated and accountable for your progress.
Nutritional Feedback
Using the Strength Lab nutrition guide you will be able to identify problematic foods and find healthy alternatives. Clients are encouraged to log their food daily which gives us a breakdown of your caloric intake and macros (carbs, fats, proteins). Logging your food will help us tweak your diet for the best results.
